Today I had to listen to a song called Spirit of the Anzacs by Lee Kernaghan.
I had to pick 2 words that I did not know about and then search them up.
Here are my two words.
A platoon is a military unit typically composed of two or more squads/sections/patrols. . The platoon leader is usually a junior officer—a second or first lieutenant or an equivalent rank. The officer is usually assisted by a platoon sergeant.
Pride is a feeling or deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from one's own achievements that is what pride means.
Eg. I feel proud of the soldiers that fought for our country.
